This place is a hit or miss. Been a few times service n good not so good. But gave them one last try and food and service was night and day. Way better. So I visited a few more times.....

Great choice for our overnight stay. Room was clean, very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchenette. Excellent and friendly customer service; we requested a late check out and was given to us without any hassle. Will definitely stay at this hotel again, hopefully for more than one night next time.

Check in was a breeze. There appears to be sides of the property but only one elevator. Our room was very clean and spacious but most of all quiet. The mall, movies and great eating places are less than 5 minutes away. There was complimentary hot dogs and chili the night we checked in. Breakfast is your average cereal, eggs, sausage, bagels, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juice and waffles. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The amenities were nice enough and I liked the bathroom and kitchen and full size refrigerator. There were just a different noises throughout the night coming from the AC, the creaking floors upstairs, and the creaking bathroom door. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets had little fuzz balls on them. The chairs at the desk were visibly soiled and dirty. Unfortunately, the overall experience was a little disappointing and underwhelming. For $120 a night, I would have expected a better experience. I could have just as well been at a Best Western.

Much different then last time I stayed. Still very clean and overall people were friendly but since this was my second visit and since I'd booked through Booking.com I was taken back by being required to leave a credit card for a security deposit at check-in. Breakfast Saturday was much better then Sunday and since they only have one waffle-maker always a line. Refrigerator in room didn't make ice so we had to go to front desk to get some. There were only 2 different kinds of bath towels for a weekend stay and since there is no housekeeping on weekends it might have been nice to leave extra supplies.

We absolutely love this place. Their rooms are always clean and being studios, they work perfectly for a quick getaway or a longer stay. Their complimentary breakfast is very complete (waffles, eggs, sausage, etc). During the week, they host manager's receptions for all guests with free drinks and appetizers. Lastly, the hotel is easily accessible and very quiet. We will return

Cheap rate and accommodating during Hurricane Irma. My room was clean but smelled musty the entire time. Room came with a full kitchen and every utensil you may need, AC worked great, but it seemed like it had a single drip outside the window that dripped the entire time. Updated, modern bathrooms, which was nice. Lighting was a little yellowy-dim (lamps and decor could use updating to make rooms look brighter). Service was nice.
